Hey all... It's Christmas!

Yesterday... went to my aunt's house for an xmas lunch! Didn't really eat much... too full. Then I played with my cousins... some game called "WANTED" where you're supposed to sort a whole lot of card with people on them into 2 piles, the Innocent and the Suspects. My cousin has been trying to learn how to play this game for about... 7 years now and he still hasn't gotten the hang of it. I learnt it when I was 4, promptly forgot it, learnt it in 5 mins when I was 5, forgot it again, learnt it in 5 mins again when I was 6...... and yea. So I learnt it again this year and watched my other cousin get frustrated trying to teach the first cousin how to play the game. As far as I can tell... we still have to wait another year to see if he gets it.

In the end, he gave up and took out Uno Stacko. And the cousin (Matthew) who tried teaching the other cousin (Han Wei) how to play the first game kept getting saboed...
When it was my turn I rolled the dice and got a Reverse... so back to Matthew. And Matthew rolled a Draw 2. Then it was Han Wei's turn and he rolled..... another Reverse! So anyway it came to my nephew Jonovan's turn. He wanted to push out a block from the pile. So he pushed until he could push it out no more and about half of it was sticking out the other end. Then Han Wei got hold of the other end. We thought he was gonna be a good samitarian and pull it out for Jonovan but he pushed the thing back in! Haha. He also developed a new method of getting a block out. Push it out one end, push it back in the other, push it in and out in this way for awhile, then hit one end really hard so that the whole block flies out. And yea it does work!

Ooh then we got our presents! Yay!! Presents, in my opinion, are the BEST PART OF CHRISTMAS WOOHOO!! I opened one there and then... The person who gave me the present kept egging me on to open it... So I did! Haha... it was a bag...

I opened all my presents on Christmas Eve... Couldn't wait. AND YAY I GOT A LAPTOP FROM MY PARENTS!!!!!! WOOH IM THE HAPPIEST GIRL ON EARTH YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to some Christmas sermon thing this morning at the Shangri-La... by invitation of my mum's friend. Had lunch at the Shangri-La after that... sooo nice. However I nearly fainted in the middle of the sermon thing... not because it was boring or anything but because... well you see, I had the flu. So I took a flu pill in the morning and it made me so damn drowsy I practically fainted halfway. Managed not to pass out during lunch... Was feeling moderately better around the time we went home... but still could not keep from stumbling around instead of walking. My mum insisted I go and sleep... so I did for about 2.5 hrs. But even now my head still feels super heavy... EVIL FLU PILL.

Oh yar and I saw Shaun at the sermon thing. Didn't realise he went to the same church as my mum's friend.

Yes, I know I'm wuliao. This is gonna be a super short post seeing as I have to go in urmm, -2 minutes? Hehe. I opened all my Christmas prezzies le... Will document them in my NEXT post, which shall be super long. Also... I went to RGS... AND IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE I KNOW IS IN MY CLASS. MAN. Haiya... they DID say the groupings WERE temporary. Well, they HAD BETTER BE. I don't wanna be the only Rosyth kid in a whole bunch of RGPS shunus... Bah. What if they try to les on me??? Nonononono..... I'm STRAIGHT. Or... or... or... what if they attempt to convert me into a shunu who doesnt know how to eat chicken wings?? I value my ability to eat chicken...

Yay... yesterday had the party at my house... wooh so fun.

Hmm Rachel and Crystal were actually supposed to come thrash my house at 10something. Then Crystal smsed and said that she couldnt come... only coming about 12something. So I waited for Rachel. And waited. She finally showed up at 11something. lols... after that we went on the com. Crys finally came... and then we ate lunch and Crys started talking to herself. After that... it was back to the com. We watched "Girls Out Loud" while waiting for the rest. After awhile they had enough and started watching Paul Twohill. Gloria came... and then Shixun and Jingyi came. Then Gloria Shixun and Jingyi went down to the bus stop to wait for Yingxin and Ethanyn.

Oh and just for the record... out of curiousity... (disclaimer: WE ARE NOT SATANIC.) we listened to the backmasked songs. Freaky... although I noticed that if I didnt look at the backmasked lyrics I couldnt make out what they were saying. So maybe it was all just our imaginations... Some of them were freakingly clear though.

Hmm then Shixun, Jingyi and Gloria came up with Yingxin and Ethanyn. They flooded my room... so crowded lols. Then they started watching the Paul Twohill music videos. Some of them climbed up onto my bed... the second bunk which is there for no good reason.

After that Jingyi and some others wanted to swim... so we decided to go downstairs. Jarrad came, and then Jodi and her sister came. We all went downstairs to swim. Gloria, Crystal and I decided not to swim, but instead just paddle. We were about to... until some EVIL VARTHY LOOKALIKE (from here on referred to as EVL... hey! EViL!) chased us away. BAH. Hello, we won't make the pool dirty... you think what arh? As soon as we put our foot in the water become polluted issit? I LAUGH ARH. IF WEARING CLOTHES IS DIRTY THEN EVERYONE GO AROUND NAKED LAR. Anyway... since we couldn't even paddle, we sat by the pool and watched everyone swim.

Then Wesley, Bryan Lee, Philemon and smallboi came. The twins went missing... never turned up. BAH. TRAITORS. While walking down from my house after taking some drinks down, I saw some random person in the pool, jumping in from the pool deck. And then he started laughing near Jarrad and Jarrad slapped him. I was so blur lar... I thought he was some random person from the condo! AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE ED!! So paiseh... We got sick of sitting around the pool, so Bryan and I tried begging the EVL to let us into the function room early. And in the end she relented and did. She nagged, and nagged, and nagged for a couple of centuries. "The table here arh, got glass! Cannot break ok! This table arh, the glass break arh, cost $200 ok! You must pay if break ok! Must be careful ok! The table arh, got glass!" And after eternity, just as the EVL was about to go, CRYSTAL ASKED A STUPID QUESTION, which caused the EVL to nag for another eternity. BAH. ALL YOUR FAULT LAR CRYSTAL!

Then we had the food, which was pretty good... Rachel took a piece of ham and going around telling everyone "I slap you" while waving the ham in their faces. She did that to Jarrad and suddenly Celine screamed "YOU SLEPT WITH JARRAD???" lols...

We were playing MCR in the karaoke room. Then those who swam went for another swim... although it was already dark.

Oh... and there's something really SICK that happened. IT WAS MUNGLIN. Ok this is what happened... Okie here's a picture to help illustrate....

Munglin was sitting at the shit-brown coloured cross. I came into the room and sat down where the purple cross was. Suddenly, I looked up and saw that Munglin was sitting where the blue cross was!!! Tiko or what?? So I told him to "GO AWAY!" but he said that he had always been sitting there. So I got up and moved to where the green cross was. And he inched all the way over to the red cross!!! EEEEE TIKO MUNGLIN AT WORK!!! So I was really irritated. I got up and moved to where the yellow cross was (the one on the thing that says "stool") and said: "Phew I'm going to be safe here..." since there was no seat in the vicinity. And Munglin got up, said: "SAYS WHO?" and sidled over next to where I was, chuckling that tiko laugh. I grimaced and moved to where the pale yellow cross was. And HE FOLLOWED AND SAT RIGHT NEXT TO ME ON THE TURQUOISE CROSS AND KEPT INCHING HIS BUTT CLOSER AND CLOSER. I screamed, got up and went out of the room. I told Crys and Rach and luckily... Rach helped to scold Munglin. "SEE WHAT SEE? SEE PEOPLE VERY NICE ISSIT??" Hah. IN YOUR FACE, TIKO MUNGLIN!

After everyone went home, Jingyi, Shixun and Rachel were left. So we watched the first half of Scary Movie 4. It's supposedly NC16 but it was SOOO FUNNY!!!! What Scary Movie, more like FUNNY MOVIE. Although I had to admit... I got kinda scared at some parts... that were sorta scary for awhile... =P But it was really funny.

Yay Jingyi nice person... lent me the Scary Movie DVD so that I could watch it... Crystal and Rachel came over to just now to watch. LOLS!!! Kept laughing and laughing and laughing... I LOVE SCARY MOVIE 4!!!!!!!!!

Haven't blogged for quite awhile. So... today... I shall blog about... um. I have nothing to blog about. Yes, my life is THAT SAD. Hmm. Uhh... NUS Maths camp over...

Stupid blogger. I click on the blogger homepage, and at first they tell me THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. So I refreshed it. OK, this time the page COULD be displayed. Then I clicked on "new post". Whir... whir... whir... goes the CPU. And tada! "THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED". Walao! Solution? CLICK REFRESH. whir. whir. whirrrrrrrr. a few centuries of whirring later, this screen pops up. the new post one. finally. BUT AT THE BOTTOM. it says. "Could not connect to blogger.com" DAMMIT LAR.

Anyway. On a happier note, I got some EAGLES award thing. Some Edusave Award for Good Leadership... something like that. Cool... I got a free $120 award voucher! Or at least AM going to get. Can't wait. Cheryl got too... I think all the prefects got. Not sure though. Any prefects care to clarify this? YAY EAGLES!

What else... what else... there was something I wanted to say but I forgot what it was... ahh... my memory is seriously failing me. Oh yes... WHAT TIME ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GO TO SCHOOL ON THURSDAY??? To collect our PSLE certs ^^ Haiya I'll call the school tomorrow. Anyone care to clarify and save me the trouble?

Haiz. I told you this post was gonna be full of rants.

Went to watch Eragon the day before yesterday with my friend. Just opened!! Luckily my friend (Angeline) had bought the tickets the day before... so we got pretty good seats. Second row from the back!

The whole theatre was filled lar! Even the first row... I pity those people who came too late to get a good seat. Can break your neck watching the show...

Bought popcorn and shared with my friend and her husband. They smuggled in orange juice and chicken nuggets from the Mos Burger downstairs, so I got a free chicken nugget in addition to the free movie ticket! Yay! Thanks Angeline!! Even though I only got regular popcorn, the 3 of us couldnt finish it... =P I was too full, having just eaten dinner and Angeline claimed to be on a diet. So we shoved the popcorn at her husband, who pushed it back to us. Haha... he on diet too I think...

But the movie was still totally NICE. The movie had some really great computer-generated-images... or whatever they call it. Hmm I'll just call it movie effects. Anyway the scenery in the movie was really nice. I'm not those old ah sohs who go around cooing at a rock and some trees and go "OOH, AH GIRL, SEE SEE SEE THE SCENERY SO NICE!!!!!!!!" but even I had to admit it was really beautiful.

My favourite part was when the dragon egg hatched... Angeline was all "soooo cute!!" at the baby dragon. And yeah, it WAS cute!! The eyes big big one... then anyhow stumble around... awww.

And the battle scene... (trying hard not to add in spoilers here) it was just WOW. All those movie effects... And the effects didnt even look effect-ish, you know, like how sometimes its so blantantly obvious that something is actually a computer effect...

The theatre wasnt even THAT cold!

OK now the post is starting to get wuliao. So I'm ending here... before I bore someone to death with my wuliaoness.

Went to a wedding dinner yesterday night... lols pretty nice... there was a live band and suddenly.... they started played the Carlsberg song! And this originally buaysong looking player carrying a saxophone stood up, gave the diners a goofy grin, walked over to the microphone while the other players stopped playing and DID A SOLO......... no lar there was no buaysong looking player that stood up and gave everyone a goofy grin. But they did play the Carlsberg song. And then they were showing all sorts of videos of what they made the groom do before they let him get to the bride... so funny lar! Not just that, in the video there was a final message from the bride's best friends and grooms best friends... the bride's best friends did the shunu thing: "Congratulations... treat her well... zao shen gui zi, er sun man tang... etc etc" While the groom's best friends..... "JIN WAN HUO LA LA 今晚火辣辣!!!!" *cough* They didn't stop there. When the emcee asked the bride's bestfriend and groom's bestfriend went up on stage to give a speech, the groom's bestfriend did the whole JIN WAN HUO LA LA thing again... Poor groom, must have been so embarrassing. He wasn't that lucky you know, he didn't get away with just two times. Through the whole wedding (after yam seng, taking photos... etc) the "xiong di" kept going JIN WAN HUO LA LA at him. As usual during the yam seng, after the actual yam seng itself ended, a group of weirdos kept going on and on... so it was like YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM...... SENG-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.............. SENG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I noticed the bride and groom didn't join in... =P

More NUS maths camp today. We got a nice shunu teacher from Taiwan. She asked us to arrange the tables into circles. Well because she was doing it alone at first, she asked the boys to help. "Hey, you gentlemen over there, come and help the lady!" And suddenly... the room was filled with proclamations and declarations of "I'M GAY!!!!" lols so funny lar.

Went to the NUS Maths Camp today. Reached there 45 mins early. Not 45 mins early before the class started, 45 mins earlier than the reporting time stated on the letter, which was 30mins before the actual class started. Drove around the campus...

The maths camp itself was pretty nice... the instructor was funny... kept cracking jokes and giving us maths tricks formulas instead of teaching us what we were supposed to be doing... and the NUS canteen is so NICE. So much food!!! They even have a dessert store. So much variety compared to Rosyth's canteen. And the place is seriously big. Well not just the canteen, the whole campus. Could get lost easily.

Had to take a bus home. The campus was so big I had to take a shuttle bus from the Science block to the Yusof Ishak Hall or something like that and then go through an underpass and back up to the other bus stop on the other side of the road... (What is it with NUS and raised ground? The whole place seemed to be built on the slope of a hill... not just the underpass) and then took 151 all the way back to Hougang. Passed HCI, RGS, my grandma's old house and my dad's office. Also nearly went on the road to my piano teacher's house. The whole journey took an hour plus. So lucky I have a flat rate for my EZ-Link card.

And as luck would have it, it was pouring when the bus pulled into the interchange. I was planning to dash across the road to Hougang Mall and EAT coz I was soooo hungry, but since it was raining and I didnt have an umbrella... Thankfully I grew up around that area and knew all the shortcuts... =) Made it to Hougang Mall without getting wet at all. And made it back to the terminal. Took 72 home and only reached at about 3pm. Haiz...

Todays was my grandmas birthday... went to her house for lunch and dinner and basically hoboed.

My day:

Arrived. Hoboed in one corner reading Artemis Fowl. Ate lunch. Continued hoboing and smsed crys. Listened to mp3. Hoboed somemore. Watched my cousins and nephew act as horses for my youngest nephew. Aged about 1 and a half or maybe 2. Noticed that my oldest cousin has started to act girlish. He walks like a girl and acts like a girl. But didnt mention that to anyone.

Went out. Went home and bathed and stocked up on more books to hobo later. Went back to grandmas house and hoboed, reading my books. Ate dinner. Watched the cousins amuse the nephew. More horse riding. I think the nephew is gonna grow up to be violent. Kept bashing my cousin when he refused to move. Aunts taught the nephew to slap the cousins butt. Owch. Sure glad i wasnt the horse. And for some reason, the cousins enjoyed it and willingly offered themselves up to be slapped and bashed and sat on. Quote: "COME COME COME RIDE ME IM A HORSE COME COME COME" Kinda understandable why i didnt join in. Who likes to be bashed, slapped and sat on? Well with the exception of them. Hoboed somemore and then went home.

Everyone seems to come online only at night... when I'm just about getting ready to sleep. And when I go online in the morning MSN like ghost town liddat... empty empty de.

And feeling so wuliao no one tag... And nothing to post... Except about this stupid guy who lives in my condo.

THE STUPID GUY WHO LIVES IN MY CONDO

Some idiot in my condo apparently loves birds so much, he birdcalls from day to night. One nice holiday morning when I was planning to sleep in, I was woken by that stupid guy's birdcalls... Yes, they ARE that loud. Understandably I was pissed. Want to birdcall then go ahead lah... no one say cannot... but don't birdcall at ulu times in the morning can?? And I couldn't go back to sleep. It's like, once you wake up it's hard to get back to sleep... made harder by the fact that the stupid guy was birdcalling all the while. He was really really really really really really loud.

The stupid birdcalls continued throughout the whole day. SERIOUSLY. THE WHOLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Up till now I still can't think why the guy didn't get a sore throat.

In the early afternoon I was contemplating calling the security guard to have that guy hauled off. In the mid-afternoon I was wondering if I could sue him for creating a disturbance or something. By the late afternoon I was ready to go downstairs, find the guy and bash him up. And I wasn't the only one. I heard one very angry person shout out of his window "SSSHAAAAAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAP LAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and the stupid guy shut up for awhile. Luckily I enjoyed that 5 mins of peace and quiet. Because he started up in full force 5 mins later. With accompianment too. One of the stupid guy's stupid friends started wolfwhistling. So instead of just "birdcall. birdcall. birdcall." it became "birdcall. wolfwhistle. birdcall. wolfwhistle. birdcall. wolfwhistle." And inspired by the angry person, quite a few more people yelled "SHUDDUP" or something along those lines out of the window. Whatever it was, it sounded angry. All of them. For all I know, it could have been "STFU". By early evening I was ready to shout that out the window. And not just the initials.

Why do all condos have at least one irritating idiot????????????????????

On a happier note, I got my RGS uniform yesterday. I LOVE IT. So cool lar, can leave the collar open. Had a bit of problems rolling the sleeves up but I'll learn. And I LOVE THE TIE. Finally, I get to own my very own tie that won't be taken away at the end of the year. And woohoo my specs match the tie. Can't wait to wear it for real. Plus we won't have to join the long queue for uniforms at the school! Credits to Crys... who told me where to get the uniform. THANKS CRYS! ^^

in case ur stupid and din noe, vic has invited u 2 a yr end party. btw the date is changed to the 20th. she is a lazy pig so she sabo me 2 type this email 2 all of u.still got more ppl in the guestlist lah, but oredy called them. and im just sending this 2 vic and crys so tt they noe wut im teling u. i mite jus decide 2 start rambling. yes of cos dere will b food. i gess u culd bring ur swimming suits, bikinis not strongly encouraged, pls tink of the welfare of others and their poor eyes. bt u can if u want 2, cos hu am i 2 tel u wut 2 do and wut not 2 do? wel if u wna go skinny dipping, its up 2 u 2. i don tink fat dipping is strongly encouraged either,(the welfare of ppl and their eyes again) but u culd always take sum fatty food and dip it in sum mayonaise or wutever. and get fatter after doing so =)

so anyway. u can swim if u wanna, and we'll b using the clubhouse so bring ur cds if u wna karaoke (like vics p5 birthday party, for those of u hu rmb and went. and she scolded me for inviting guys. pfft. now look hus inviting guys, eh, victoria? ) u culd also conga arnd the pool table like what the guys victoria scolded me for inviting did. wdv u do, just don start a food fite, and pls resist the urge 2 go 2 the top of the clubhse and spit on innocent bystanders downstairs. beware of cams, i mite jus decide 2 edit ur fotos like last time. whahahaha.

those hu dowana karaoke/swim/conga, u can entertain urself. theres always hougang point. wherever u go, i don care, so long as u come back and come back alive. i won b responsible 4 any deaths, though.

Heh. So now I'm a wanted criminal. BLAME IT ON THE STUPID HOLIDAY SIANDEDNESS. I GOT SO BORED I WAS FORCED TO BECOME A WANTED CRIMINAL. Ok sorry for ranting. Just that I got nothing to post. Sian lor... Holiday whole day stay at home... even though its a holiday I'm still cooped up at home.

Might be going to get my RGS school uniform later. Yay. The RGS uniform is damn nice lor! Ranked 2nd coolest uniform in Singapore ^^ Can't wait for 21/22 Dec. Finally, a chance to get out of my jail cell!!! WOOHOO!!! RELEASED ON BAIL AT LAST!

I LOVE MY NEW BLOGSKIN.

Although I had to configure tons of stuff, this was totally worth it. I don't think I'll be changing it for a very very very long time. I like that sparkling post divider thingy... and the design at the top is so nice... =)

And the best thing is... IT DOESNT SHOW POST TITLES. YES. Now I won't have to rack my brains for a stupid post title... which is always hard coz my posts are always random... and I can't have all my posts titled "Randomivity" can I? YAY! We all love my new blogskin =P

Holidays getting super sian... if this keeps up I'll be commited to Woodbridge before it ends. And strangely, even though its the holidays, hardly anyone ever comes online. Sian. Hah I'm starting to say that EVERYDAY. As is Crys.

Hmm. Since I've started posting, I might as well continue posting. I know! I shall post about Crys being gullible!!

Case #1:
jlwe1994 (Josie) was online. I was sick of playing my own account (vicypz15) and so I logged into the clone account I made of Josie, jiwe1994. The capital i looks like a l so its impossible to tell them apart. So I went to whisper to Crys "Come to the free market" which was where Josie was. And she really thought it was Josie and went to the free market and followed Josie around until she finally discovered that it was jiwe talking to her, not jlwe.

Case #2:
I tried to login, but found that my account was occupied. I tried all the accounts I had passwords to but... all occupied. Then I remembered jiwe. So I logged in... and told Crys to tell the person in vicypz15 to geddout. And since before that we were both begging Josie for his password but neither had gotten it, she was all "WAH PIANG EH HE GAVE YOU HIS PASS" and didnt realise it was jiwe until I told her.

Case #3:
Wes and I decided to confuse Crys by switching accounts. When she logged in we logged out of our own accounts and logged into the other's she thought we both disconnected at the same time... wahahaha... and then she didnt even realise... even when we logged out and back into our own account at the same time she thought we disconnected again... and she really thought that each was the other... until I told her. which was a long time later... and she still hadn't realised.

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Finally finished the jump quest in maple... shumi's B2. Granted, my quest list states that i've finished all of them but actually... B1- Josie. B2- My cousins brother B3- Wesley.
And this is really dumb. I can do B2, but not B1, which is supposed to be easier. At least I can do a single jump quest by myself... which a lot of people cant. Haha.

I FINALLY CONQUERED B2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went to sitex yesterday with my dad. it was at singapore expo halls 3 and 4 so as expected it was very crowded. and also very noisy. all those promoters yelling all about their products... how many sets left... come and grab yours quickly... etc.
but although it was really crowded, it was also really nice. the stuff there was super cheap... the price of the desktop computers kept dropping... about $100 every hour. by 5 o' clock the price of one was down to about $1199. and thumbdrives were also going for very low prices... 512 MB $25, 1GB $40 and 2GB $65. my dad bought me a 1 GB one ^^ traded it with me for my old 512MB one ^^ and then we went mad and bought enough CDs to last us a lifetime. one stack of 50 disks cost only $14!!! can you believe it?? and we got 2 free CD cases. plus i bought some CD jewel cases at 12 for $3 dunno whether thats cheap but still nice...
I signed up for wireless@sg. it was free, the service was free and WE GOT A FREE WEBCAM. thats like practically giving the webcams out as bribes to use a free service!!! my dad went to sign up too =P but by the time we got to the counter the webcams were out of stock so i was all "damn, no more free webcams!" but they gave us this redemption voucher and told us to go to some other place to redeem. COOL FREE WEBCAM!!!! i love the singapore government for setting up wireless@sg...
my dad and i stayed there for about 3 hrs until we got tired of walking. it was so crowded it was really hard to move. but the bargains there were totally worth the crowding... we also bought a cordless phone for $39!!!! haiz too bad yesterday was the last day... cant go again... sad.

went to watch happy feet with my mum yesterday. yaaay free tix... from my last years xmas present. finally got to buy nachos after a very long time... the cheese was peppery but tasty. my mum said it smelt like celery so i got more =) havent eaten nachos since i was like.... uhh... oh well since a long time ago. well at least not the movie nachos.
the movie itself was sooo nice!!! the penguins were totally adorable... especially when they were small. like this furry ball of grey fluff... and the main character, mumble, was so cute lor. and he dances really well. soooo cute!!!!!!
although it was kinda hard to tell them apart, considering they all look alike, i still think theyre totally adorable. really should go watch this again. hah maybe some other day.
