Insights into the mind of the boi (that came out over a dinner of steak and rice and peas the night before)
Me: If you went back to working at a large company, where would you want to work at?
S: I don't know. I don't think I'd fit in. I want to be an entrepreneur. And recently, I just realized that I'm really bad at interviewing.
Me: Why? How did you realize that?
S: I was looking back at my college interviews, and I realized that I basically told [insert big company name here] that I had absolutely no interest in working for their company.
Me: In so many words?
S: Well, they asked me if I had any other offers, and I was like, "yeah, a ton", and then when they asked me how I would choose if they offered me a job too, I told them I'd consider everyone else first and then them.

Me: Why didn't you apply for [insert names of tech giants] when in college?
S: Oh, I did. And I had offers from all of them. I just didn't want to work for them because I thought they were going nowhere.
Me: *splutters around for 10 min about rejecting not 1, but like 4 offers from tech giants every Asian secretly dreams to work for*

Me: If you were really rich, what kind of car would you buy?
S: A Lamborghini.
Me: Really? That doesn't seem like your type of car at all.
S: Yeah, I'd just buy it and keep it in the garage and not drive it.
Me: ...why...?
S: Because true confidence doesn't need to be displayed to the world! :)
Me: Well, what kind of car would you drive around then?
S: I think I'd buy a bike and ride it around everywhere. But an expensive bike!
