Ohkay!

Today was Jap written, surprisingly EASY! Seriously, I didn't expect it to be so easy. It was pretty okayish, I knew most. I just hope my sakubun doesn't screw up.

Haha went for lunch at J8 with Wesley and Glendon and that Werty person. And some other guy who just sat there and emoed and smsed. He didn't talk. It was kinda fun. Yeah cos I think Glendon came late with Werty, then Wesley started nagging at him for not reading his sms. Glendon denied having received any sms and handed over his phone to Wesley for checking. That was Big Mistake #1. Then he went away to buy food. Big Mistake #2. We screwed up his phone. =)

How to screw up a Glendon's phone:
#1. Change the theme colour to pink.
#2. Remove wallpaper.
#3. Remove screensaver.
#4. Set an alarm to ring at 2:45pm.
#5. Change the date to 26.9.1997.
#6. Change the display of the menu.

All this before Glendon returns. When he came back he was all "Why is my phone PINK? Who played with it?"
Werty: "Still must ask? Obviously is... YOUR MUM LAH. She probably saw your phone's theme and was all 'hey, this looks like the game I deleted from my son's phone! Delete now.'"
AHAHAHAAH. AND IT WAS SUPER AMUSING TO WATCH GLENDON FIND EVERYTHING. ESPECIALLY THE DATE.

Oh I got my Grade 7 books! =) Well not exactly mine, but the one's I'll be using for Grade 7. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard.

On the way home, we stopped at the traffic light at Hougang Point. Then we saw Wesley's car. I told my dad "hey that's Wesley's car."
My dad: "Oh. Wesley." (I think he doesn't know who Wesley is. Even though I just told him like that afternoon.)
Me: "Let's disturb him." *takes out handphone*
My dad: "Haiya he won't answer one lar."
Me: *calls* HELLO. WE CAN SEE YOU O:
Wesley: "What?"
My dad: "Eh eh eh look he's turning around AHAHAHAHAAH"

Today we had the disturbing lesson.

Before that, during Maths, Voony and I were crapping as usual. We made up a story.

Once upon a time, there was a hunk named Chang. Chang was a punk. One day, he saw a stall called Old Chang Kee and he went in to buy some food. The hunky punk Chang then ate and ate and ate. Soon the punky hunk Chang was addicted to the chunks in the Old Chang Kee curry puffs so he ate them everyday and gave lots to his punk friends, like Yeo Wassap and Spidey. Then Chang became CHUNKY! Chunky Chang is not a hunk anymore!

Lols. This should only make sense to RGS girls who watched the Teachers' Day performance. =D

Anyway...

I feel so guilty... complaining that I'm fat and sometimes not eating at all, while these people in Africa and Middle East... they're REALLY dying of hunger. And yet we use the term so loosely whenever we just miss recess or something like that. And those stupid rich people, they're monopolising the food they eat. They bully the poor and weak and steal food from them as they lie dying.

Have they no conscience? Doesn't it hurt them when someone dies for their own selfish gains? Doesn't it prick them at night, don't they have nightmares about it? Why don't they care? Why are they so selfish? It's just so stupid, doing this and hurting so many just for their own personal wants. If everyone learned how to give a little bit more then this world would be such a better place. Like all those beauty paegant people in Miss Congeniality.

(I watched it today, it was really funny. All the contestants were like all "World peace!" when asked what this society needs most. Then Miss Congeniality said "harsher punishment and dunno what for prisoners and convicts." All the people were like O.O and "uhh...." And then when she realised she said "And, of course, world peace!" then everyone started clapping. So shallow...)

I want to do something for them, I think I'm going hold a fundraiser or something. Anyone would like to help? It's for the greater good of mankind. Every 3.6 seconds you hesitate, a person dies of hunger. It's really just so cruel... why is this even happening?

There was this slide that showed this little African baby looking up into the camera. It said something like "This little girl's mother has tied a thin string around her stomach in the belief that it will prevent diarrhea. However, she has since died and little Nonhle is an orphan." In smaller print it said "Nonhle's name means 'beautiful'. She is with God now."

Although I'm not a Christian or anything, when I saw that I just started crying. I don't know why, it just seems so sad. She's just a little child, why must you kill her? She didn't do anything wrong. And I feel so bad that she didn't have a chance to grow up, to learn, to be happy and to know what it's like to have nice food and nice toys and nice books.

And I still feel like crying now, when I think about them.

When I grow up, I'm going to be someone rich and powerful. Then I'll help them, yes I shall. Like give part of my salary every year to provide the POOR with food. Until then... I'll try to make a difference. I want to make a difference. Maybe we could do it as a class project or something...

Wooooooh.

Firstly. We had Dance today and that was soooooooo kewl cos I finished learning the Chacha. Yay I like the New York and the Underarm turn thingy. I <3>< Oh wellll. Mrs Kavenagh looks ALOT like Ms Khoo. And it was sorta freaky, cos I kept thinking about Ms Khoo dancing the Chacha. Well it looked that way. But I think she's still nice. OH AND SHE MADE US CHACHA TO LADY MARMALADE. LADY MARMALADE LEH! Does she know what the French part is! Ooooooooooooooooooooooomg. But it was still fun! Oh and then on the bus we saw Joshua Ng. He daoed me when I got on the bus so I didn't know it was him. Then I saw JY Cel Wig Jiaen and they gave me a seat =) Oooh and then we prank sms-ed Josh Ng. I said something like "Boo. We're watching you (: And we know where you live! O:" then Cel smsed something about "yeah we're watching you!" then JY "yeah. what they said!" and JY smsed for wig "Yeah. whatever they said." or SOMETHING LIKE THAT. Ahahaha. Then Joshua Ng gave us this weird look. Like a cross between =S and D= Shooooooooo amusing.

I mean no offence to the guy ofcourse, it just happens that he happens to be someone Yanlun doesn't like. But that's got nothing to do with the fact that he's got a girly blogskin. Mr Desouza killed a fishy.

There was this guppy in the lab today, and he was using it to demonstrate how blood flows through the arteries and veins, so he put the transparent part of the guppy's fin under the visualiser microscope or whatever that thing is. At first we were wondering if the guppy was out of water, but then Mr Desouza was all "It's wrapped in a moist cotton. It'll be fine."

At first its fin was flapping away happily (flappy cells are happy cells!) then suddenly it stopped. Then Mr Desouza stared at it for awhile and said: "Uhm... I think we need to put it back in water now." And then he slowly fetched the beaker of water and slowly unwrapped the fish from the cotton and slowly put it back inside.

The fish didn't move.

And it still didnt move.

Class: "ORHH HORR MR DESOUZA YOU KILLED THE FISH!"
Mr Desouza: "Nono maybe it's just PRETENDING."

After awhile it became pretty obvious the fish wasn't pretending. So we all started screaming at Mr Desouza. Mr Desouza was getting kinda flustered and said: "Ok ok I'll go through all the neccessary burial rites! Happy?"

Haha then Shawna took the fish and when she found out the water stank, I took it and Josephine and I observed the dead fish for the rest of the period. Then we wanted to remove the dead fish to bury it but we didn't dare to touch it so we asked Mr Desouza to remove it with his bare hands. He gave us an O.O look. So we took the microscope slide and fished it out. He was giving us a =/ look but cos everyone was glaring at him woefully he didn't say anything. Yay. Then Shawna prodded it a few times (it was squishy) and we wrapped it up in tissue paper. But first we let it look at Mr Desouza. Then we gave him the fish in the paper and he was giving us another o.O and =/ look. It so happened this took place right next to the dustbin and Etinne pointed out that he might just throw it away. So Shawna said: "Stand here and guard it then, you!" Haha. So Etinne guarded it. In the end we took the fish away to bury it at Block J cos we didn't trust Mr Desouza.

She said when she congratulated Mavis for having 2 exstudents get the PMBP (Leevoon from Chongfu and me) she just smiled really big and basked in all the praise -.- But when my mum congratulated Mrs Tan (Mrs Deborah Tan) for having like 12 students AND exstudents get the award Mrs Tan was all "Nono I can't take credit. It's all the students' own achievements."

So maybe I just put it 5 minutes ago but still.

Piano exam was pretty okayish. The guy was quite nice, he let me repeat an arpeggio. =D I hope I don't fail lar. My mum said she'll bring me for lunch at ShangriLa again if I pass. And my dad said I'll get $50 if I pass. That's one whole week's allowance leh. So I must pass. I think I played quite well. I just hope that guy's nice and lenient. Eek.

Why am I taking this, seriously. You know what. I don't HAVE to take this. And you're always contradicting yourself. You say I'm too this, I'm too that. But when you really think about it, aren't YOU? Even more so than I am. It's so easy for you to say it and you don't even care about how much it hurts, but you just say it. I know what you'll say if you see this but I don't care. I don't think I'm wrong or irrational to write this. Possibly, you won't even see this cos you don't give a damn. Actually. I just saw something that made me laugh like siao. Daaaaaaaaaamn funny luh.

Anyone here can handle a gun? Aha Wesley. Yes let's get Wesley to shoot him. And then we could put him in the sauce you have inside those pickle jars that make the thingy all shriveled and all. Coooooooooooool. Eh wait wait wait. First we have to DRY him. Put him out in the sun for 58934 hours straight then bake him at 683 degrees Celsius for 3 hours. Oooh. Bake till golden and crispy, that's what they always say in recipes. THEN we pickle him. Tahahahaha. Picklepicklepickle. And keep him in that sauce until he takes on the appearance of a ten week old raisin. Like someone whose name I shall not mention. =) Ohh and I forgot. The expression on his face would be priceless man. Probably something like =O. Or maybe right he could be *ahem* interested in guys too and start tikoing on Wesley. Then it'd be like... =D Or something like that.

Yeeeeah and then we could put him in wax, or a great glass tank filled with more pickle juice to make him shrivel up somemore. And then we could put it in the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity, next to that huge dead ape. All exhibits of the same type should be grouped together. Ugly with ugly. No offence to the huge dead ape. Then we could have a little plaque over there saying something like "Dead tiko. A perfectly killed and preserved specimen from the 21st century. Please shield your eyes from its ugliness. The museum will not be held responsible for any deaths or serious injuries due to the 101% pure ugliness of the exhibit." Plus a little board with the latest death toll: 57348957.

And I am BACK (alive) from a 5 day trip in Beijing yay!!

I shan't blog about my trip cos I'm lazy but you can ask me on MSN or whatever if you want xD

It was cool btw. And I ate 3 Peking ducks. And my dad brought home 17 peaches, and I was kinda scared we would get arrested at Customs.

Me: Eh Pa this AVA brochure thingy says we can only bring in SMALL AMOUNTS of fruits and vegetables for personal consumption!

My dad: Yeah its for personal consumption what.

Me: But it's not a small amount!

My dad: YES IT IS! ITS SO SMALL LAR I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT 50 MORE...

Me: But small amount is like... 2 or 3.

My dad: *horrified look* Who would just buy 2 or 3!!!!

But they didn't arrest us for illegal possession of peaches or take half, like what happened the last time my dad tried to go back to Indonesia. He said he was bringing this whole basket of lychees back for his friend but then he got stopped at Customs. They laid out every single lychees on the table and then the officer asked him what they were for. And then he told the guy it was to be eaten and then yanoe what the guy actually DID?! He seperated the lychees into 2 piles and was all "this pile for me, this pile for you. ok go go." Like wtf.
